Are you Licensed and Insured?

Absolutely! We are licensed and fully insured.

How many staff members should I expect?

We typically send at least two staff members for smaller projects. Larger projects may require additional staffing.

Do I have to be at home while you clean?

You are not required to be at home during cleanings. You can provide us with a key, key code, or garage code for access. If you are home, we'll work around you!

What are your service areas?

We proudly serve all of New Castle County, DE.

How long will my cleaning take?

This varies based on the size and condition of your home. As a general rule, first time (Premium Cleanings) take between 2-4 hours. Basic cleanings take between 1-2 hours.

What don't you clean?

While we pride ourselves on thoroughly cleaning homes, there are a few exceptions due to health and safety risks. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

animal waste, bodily fluids, anything higher than a two-step ladder. We don't move furniture, clean homes that show evidence of active infestation or hoarding situations.
