THE NEW CASTLE CLEANERS is closely monitoring COVID-19 and will continue to take preventative measures to limit its spread. We are strictly following the guidelines set by the U.S. Federal Government and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) by doing the following:

  • Frequently washing hands with soap for at least 20 seconds.

  • Using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available.

  • Keeping the recommended 6 feet from people.

  • Cleaning frequently touched surfaces.

  • Staying home when sick.

Please let us know if you or a family member is (has been) sick at least 24 hours before our arrival.


  • In your home/office, our team uses a sanitizing solution to wipe down light switches, doorknobs, bathroom surfaces, and other commonly touched areas. We clean and sanitize your home/office using products that are approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to disinfect.  We also use cleaning methods, such as microfiber cloths and mops, which reduce the spread of bacteria by 99%.

  • Our team members change all cleaning cloths and mop heads between home/office visits, and thoroughly sanitize them between use.

  • Our staff is given the opportunity to wash their hands with soap and water, or use antibacterial hand sanitizer, between homes/offices.

  • Our team members remove shoes upon entering your home/office and always wear gloves. We also have masks available for use as needed or upon client request.

  • We are closely monitoring national, state, and local health agencies for the most recent developments and following the guidance of government and public health officials.
